We seek to honour and glorify God in all we are and do as a congregation.
We are here not because we have any merit of our own but because God has shown us lavish mercy through his Son Jesus Christ.
We are here not to serve ourselves, but others, in seeking to give as many people as possible the opportunity to consider the good news of Jesus and also in seeking to meet practical needs in his name.
The Bible, God’s Word, is our ultimate authority and rule for our beliefs, and we believe that as the Bible is explained and applied, God makes himself and his ways known by his Spirit.
We have a particular commitment to the people and the area of the city around our church building, believing that God was behind the move from the original congregation of the West Parish to establish Inshes Church but we also want to be of blessing to the wider community and city as a whole.
We are totally dependent upon God for all things and cannot accomplish anything of lasting value without him. Therefore prayer is a crucial part of our life together as a church family and we want to do all we can to encourage prayerfulness individually and together.
